If you have additional needs that are not included (emptying trash cans, wiping can lids, blower work behind the building, hand pick-up of trash from planters, blower trash-enclosure work, pick-up of abandoned large items left outside trash enclosures), just let us know so we can price accordingly.
There are also a few things you should know about GBR Sweeping services:
- Machines are designed to pick up trash (cigarette butts, paper, sand). They are not built to pick up large debris or liquids.
- They do not remove stains (oil spills) from pavement.
- If you have your lot swept once a month, expect it to begin accumulating debris immediately after being swept — it will not look clean for the entire month.
- Sweeping contractors cannot be held responsible for slip-and-fall accidents. Sweeping keeps your lot neat and tidy, but our crew is only on-site for a limited time and conditions can change after we leave.
